Shoes, Belts and Buckles unworn/unused Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. For returns, please email info@essentials4men.ca letting us know you will be returning your product. Unfortunately, the shipping fee is non-refundable. You may send your order to:
Returns & Exchanges
For Mens cosmetics products, Hunter1114, Humanity Cosmetics and Hadaka. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact by email info@essentials4men.ca
Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at info@essentials4men.ca

Essentials4Men does not pay for return shipping. For all shoes, belt and buckles. Once we have received your order back, it will be inspected within a week for approval. You will receive your refund by original payment method only so long as the product adheres to return policy conditions. If your order is received with damages in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours and we will compensate you accordingly by exchange or refund.
Exchanges
If you choose to Exchange your product, it needs to be in an unworn/unused condition. Exchanges could only be made within 15 days of the Purchase date
Cancellations
Please contact Essentials4Men immediately if you choose to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped and you have chosen to cancel your order, you will have to go through the return process and will have 15 days to return your order.
